Luxury villa with Bali-style pool and rooftop

Welcome to our luxury architect-designed villa in the heart of the French Pyrenees, just a few minutes from Lourdes. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it also features a separate independent studio. Enjoy the heated Bali-style pool, indoor jacuzzi, furnished terraces, and a private rooftop with stunning views of the Pyrenees. The villa is the ideal base to explore Lourdes, the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Cauterets, and the breathtaking landscapes of the Pyrenees. The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, light-filled living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, and air conditioning. The space opens onto a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room, there is direct access to two terraces and the swimming pool, offering beautiful open views over the valley. Also on the ground floor, a hallway leads to a large double bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a 40 m² independent studio. The studio also benefits from a private external entrance for added independence. It includes a semi-private sleeping area with a double bed (180x200) and large windows overlooking the garden. The living area features a sofa bed for two guests and air conditioning. It also offers a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and direct access to the garden. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and access to the 50 m² rooftop terrace. The first is a spacious 40 m² master suite with air conditioning, TV, balcony, and an open bathroom featuring a double jacuzzi. The second bedroom includes a lounge area with a sofa bed as well as a double bed, offering a flexible and comfortable layout. It is also equipped with a TV with Apple TV and has direct access to the rooftop terrace. Guest access The house is rented entirely. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Swimming pool towels are available with extra charge. Children's furniture: available on request. No parties allowed. Other things to note In the immediate surroundings of the villa, you can discover some of the most iconic sites in the Pyrenees, starting with the Cirque de Gavarnie, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, famous for its astronomical observatory offering breathtaking views over the mountain range. You can also visit the charming village of Cauterets, located in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, as well as the renowned Pont d’Espagne, listed as a Grand Site Occitanie. The Grottes de Bétharram and the Sanctuary of Lourdes, the largest Catholic pilgrimage site in France, further enrich this exceptional cultural and natural heritage.
