Come stay at one of the nicest vacation homes available in the Morro Bay area!  This designer-decorated home looks like it was taken from the pages of House Beautiful magazine!  Not only is the home beautifully decorated and appointed throughout, it is in a perfect location with unobstructed picturesque views of the bay and the ocean beyond and it’s within easy walking distance to downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero.  Across the street are stairs that lead directly down to Tideland’s park. Check below to see all the features and amenities you will enjoy while staying here: • 2 single kayaks available for your use. • The living, dining and kitchen areas create a large open space with fabulous views.  From this great room, there are doors that open to a balcony with million-dollar views! • Living room has a big screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable seating.  There is a half bath adjacent to the living room.  • Upstairs balcony with patio furniture and BBQ grill – great place to do some grilling! • 2 master suites – one upstairs and one downstairs – each with king-size bed, TV and private bathroom with a large jetted tub and separate shower. • 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds with French doors that open onto a little patio with beautiful views of the bay.  The other bedroom has a queen-size hide-away bed sofa (mattress is top-of-the-line memory foam) and TV.   There are many activities and restaurants to take advantage of in close proximity to the home.  Go walk the Embarcadero to enjoy some shopping and eating.  Grab the kayaks that are provided at the home and go for a paddle on the bay to see the many birds and sea life that inhabit this beautiful corner of the world.  Feel like walking downtown to catch a movie one night?  No problem – it is 5 minutes away.  Take advantage of all the outdoor activities Morro Bay has to offer as well – kayaking, surfing, hiking, biking and more.  No Smoking and No Pets. This is strictly enforced. Checkout Requirements: To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation. Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge. • Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes) • Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins • Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats • Lock all doors and windows • Return any provided keys as instructed Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee. By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies. **Additional Notes: Check In: 4:00PM | Check Out: 11:00AM No Smoking and No Pets Primary Renter must be age 21 years of age or older, per city ordinance. Property Protection Plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the home in lieu of a security deposit. By accepting this contract and the use of the kayaks I agree that I have been notified of the potential danger of injury or death as a result of the use of the Kayaks. If I or others in my party make the decision to use the kayaks, I understand that it will be at our own risk and we are fully responsible for any damage or loss to the kayaks or accessories. The use of life jackets is mandatory. It is my responsibility to inform others in my party of the potential danger and this release of liability. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I agree, intending to be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests or for any loss or damage to my property or the property of my invited guests caused in any way by the use of the kayaks supplied to us. This Disclosure and Waiver of Liability is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of this contract.
