Nice place to stay with friends or family to enjoy sunny and peaceful days by the sea side. Excellent choice for work trips because the house has everything you need. Suitable for living also in winter. !! PLEASE NOTE - we have a dog in the area. She is friendly and most of the time sleeps inside the house, but if your are afraid of dogs, it will not suit. / Parties are not allowed in this property! The space A 2 floor cosy house with a 5 minute walk from the beach is well equipped and comfortable also for longer stays. Suitable for living in winter also. House was built in 2021 as a guest house and is located in the same area (garden) as the house of the owners. It has two bathrooms one in each floor (1st floor with shower, 2nd floor only wc), a bedroom on the second floor and a dining area with a very big and practical table. Suitable for 3 person stay (1 king size bed, 1 sofa bed). Additional guest (max 3 pers + 30.00 euro/pers incl infants). Other things to note A nice getaway place to have some alone time or spend time with friends by the sea side. Beach, lake, forest, restaurants and cafes, boat rental and horse riding located in 5-15 minute walk from the house. Also very close to bus (5min) and railway (20min) station.
