Are you looking for a nightly rental that’s just as comfortable as your own home? If so, you have found the right place! The Heritage Apt. 1 We require a two-night minimum stay, and include all of the luxuries you would expect in a comfortable living space. This previous yearly-rental apartment includes a complete kitchen with pots & pans, silverware, and a full-size stove & refrigerator for all of your dining necessities! We also have a community picnic table and charcoal grill for tenant use! This location offers great cellular signal, FREE WIFI, and is only a short ride to all of the great expeditions the Hatfield/McCoy Trail has to offer! The front studio living area has a futon couch that folds out into a full-size bed. There are sheets, pillows, and a comforter in the unit. Towels and washcloths are included for two guests. There is a washer and dryer available in the Heritage premises. You will be able to relax during the evening with the available television and DVD-Player located in the living room/bedroom area with a DVD player to watch Redbox movies. Redbox is a 3-minute drive away, near the local Family Dollar. Tenants will also be within walking distance to restaurants, including Lynn’s Drive-In and Gino’s Pizza, and areas to shop such as Dollar General and Gary’s Market. Razor and ATV riding are legal on all streets and backroads in this town. Truck and trailer parking is available in the included parking area so tenants may start their off-road adventure as easily as possible! Contactless check-in and check-out; you will be emailed for your door code and, once inside, you have an extra security door lock. Central heating and air are included. Our units were just remodeled with brand new paint, bedding, and flooring. We have also installed a state-of-the-art heating, ventilation, and air conditions unit to this location. We also supply closet hangers to hang your clothes inside of a full-size closet and with a dresser for additional space. Pets are allowed with a $100.00 per-pet fee that is nonrefundable (we do extensive deep-cleaning to each unit after a pet has visited). Early check-in and check-out may be available for an additional fee. • 3:00PM check-in / 11:00AM check-out Units are only available for out-of-town guests or corporate and business professionals looking for a temporary place to stay in the area. Other things to note *Contactless check-in and check-out are required. On the day of your arrival, you’ll receive your unique door code via email. For added peace of mind, the unit also has an additional interior security lock.  3PM check-in & 11AM check-out. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee.  14-night minimum stay required which will include all of the luxuries you have in your own home.  PETS WELCOMED! $100 non-refundable per-pet fee will be required though due to the extensive deep cleaning conducted after a pet has visited.
