The TV is a 4K smart TV, and the coffee bar has both single serve and full pot brew option, as well as tea Our housekeeper lives a few doors down and is amazing! This is a well managed and cleaned place. Guest access This is a private apartment, with 3 bedrooms, a living room, Kitchen/Dining room and bathroom. Laundry is coin laundry shared with other tenants in this 4 unit building. There is a small private patio that overlooks the shared yard, and shared grills. Other things to note A couple things to be aware of so that they do not negatively impact your stay!: 1. We are in an apartment building (4 unit) so you will hear other tenants from time to time. 2. Laundry is coin laundry and is shared with other tenants. We provide laundry detergent. 3. We provide 2 private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building. It is important to note that we cannot do more than 2 vehivles, and to not park in neighbor's parking spots. 4. The wifi modem in this apartment also provides wifi to the unit next door.
