The space Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator. As you can see in the photos, our apartment is divided into the following spaces: - A living room: * With lounge area. Equipped with sofa and TV. * With dining area. Equipped with a dining table. - A kitchen equipped and located in an independent space. Regarding the sleeping area, this is organized in two bedrooms distributed as follows: * A master bedroom with a double bed. * A second bedroom with two single beds. In addition, our apartment has 2 bathrooms equipped with shower. It is worth mentioning: - The modern but cozy style of the apartment that transmits confidence and warmth from the first minute you are in it. - Its unique location in Plentzia, less than 100 meters from the port and 500 meters from the beach. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has heating though a gas powered boiler with radiators in all rooms. Hot water is provided by a gas powered heater. If you come by car, you can park on the street for free at the back of the building but in summer, it can be difficult to find a place, there is a paid parking about 300 or 400 meters away. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
