Mission/Noe Valley - Sunny Edwardian Studio

Live like a SF native in our lovely Edwardian studio, built in 1906, located between the bustling Mission District, hip Valencia Corridor and quaint Noe Valley. The studio is complete with everything one might need and is close to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, laundromats and coffee shops. The space The space is ideal for one or two people and families with small children. The studio features a private entrance to come and go as you please, private bathroom, comfy double bed, kitchenette, desk/workspace, iron/ironing board, WiFi and Smart TV. There is a small closet and additional shelves for clothing and other items. The room has lots of natural light. There are black out shades for a good night's rest and a sound machine. The private bathroom is small but has everything you need. There is a tub shower, towels, a small hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. A portable crib available upon request. Must climb one flight of stairs. Guest access You'll have the studio apartment all to yourself. The space is an in-law/studio unit below our home (where we live). It is completely private. The only entrance is through our shared lobby. Other things to note STAYS OVER 29 DAYS: If you stay over 29 days you must agree to sign a rental agreement. IMPORTANT REGARDING NOISE: We live upstairs and are a family of four and have a friendly Labrador mix puppy. We have young children who can be noisy. We mostly stay in the opposite side of the house and try to stay quiet, but if you're especially sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you. We do not wear shoes in our home and make every effort to be considerate but you may still hear our footsteps, voices, and an occasional child yelling or singing loudly(old building, thin walls). We also share walls with our neighbors, so you may hear sounds coming from the homes on either side of the apartment as well. Are you someone who appreciates the vibrant energy of city living and the soothing sounds of music? If so, you'll feel right at home here! We want to be fully transparent about our unique offering: every Thursday night from 6-9pm, our upstairs tenant may indulge in their passion for music by having band practice sessions. We believe that music is a beautiful expression of art and creativity, and we hope you'll enjoy the occasional background tunes on Thursday nights. PARKING: Street parking in our neighborhood is limited to 2 hours, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. This means you can park at 4 pm and leave your car overnight until 10 am on weekdays, except on street sweeping days, which are posted by the city. On weekends and holidays you can park unlimited. Please read and respect all posted parking rules. We are not responsible if you get a ticket. Our home is more than 100 years old! It is a perfect choice for guests wanting to experience living like a local in the Noe Valley/Mission neighborhood. Please be aware, this is not a newly built place and not a hotel.
