The space Our flat is surrounded by buildings built end of 19th century in the heart of Munich. Our neighbourhood is the one where life style, culture and night life meet. Everything you might need is in walking distance. At our place you can expect fresh sheets, towels, a hairdryer, an iron, internet WIFI, hot running water at all times. As well you'll get good coffee, tea, brown sugar, sea salt, olive oil, vinegar and all the supplies you need. Anything we offer is provided from an organic shop. Feel like at home and be where the city lives! Welcome! Other things to note Our flat is a strictly non-smoking flat. No parties are allowed. At 10 pm we have to be more considerate about the noise. No guests are allowed other the ones previously announced. Thanks for your understanding! If you are very sensible to noise please take into consideration that this is the place where people go for a drink, the hip neighborhood of the town. Additionally we have the streetcar running every hour all night in front of our house, this concerns only the little room. The windows are very good, this year we changed to the latest technology but sensitive people can feel molested.
