For late bookings there is a key safe. STRICTLY No pets, for guests with allergies and we have wildlife. The space The open plan studio is totally separate to the main house and is just like staying in a hotel room. Only this unit is in a quiet rural setting. We are close to urban amenities for your convenience. The king-size bed can be transformed into twin king singles should the need arise. All windows and doors have been fitted with security screens for your convenience. We also have a DVD player with Lots of movies to choose from, let me know children's ages for appropriate titles. Guest access Guests have access to the 6,000 Sq Mtr of landscaped gardens. Just let us know if you want to check out the orchids in the greenhouses or feed the fish. Whilst we supply food for your use while you stay, please don't take extras with you when you leave, this would be inconsiderate for other guests. Other things to note Let me know if you have any special requirements to make your stay more enjoyable. Please tell me if you need a King Size Bed or 2 King Singles. And, do you need the sofa made up into a double bed. Do you have any special pillow requirements? We don't charge a cleaning fee. The service fee added is an AirBnB fee which goes directly to them.
