It has it's own private entrance, private garden and parking space and of course it's own private swimming pool and BBQ house. Here's a brief description of its spaces: On entering there is a big lounge - dinning area with: - a Smart TV, 55' with satelite channels - large sofa set (w/ 2 sofas) - a sofa bed (with proportions of a double bed to comfortably sleep 2 adults) - a fireplace - an A/C unit (cooling-heating) - wide patio door with mosquito net, onto a spacious, sunny terrace, the front garden, the BBQ and the private pool Here you'll also find a modern, glass dinning table for 6 people, right across a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and more: - oven, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender/mixer - dishwasher - plenty of pots/pans/platters - Serving utensils - wine glasses - Coffee machine From here you can reach all other rooms in the house. Both bedrooms are equipped with: - queen beds with anatomic mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows - cotton bedlinen and towels - A/C units - wide window and patio door (onto the pool area for one of the bedrooms) - wardrobes - iron and ironing board - good sized mirrors - hair dryer - extra pillows and blanket - Room-darkening curtains - crib and highchair for our younger guests There is a large bathroon in-between the two bedrooms with - shower - sink - washing machine At the back end of the lounge area lies your own, private Gym with a full set of fitness equipment, to include - treadmill - Stationary bike - multi training / weight lifting utility bench - a single training - weight lifting bench - dumbbells Outdoor areas are very spacious with 180° views over the sea and the countryside. Here you'll find: - a big, private swimming pool - a huge BBQ house with a big table, chairs, grill, pizza oven and a kitchennete - 6 loungers with small coffee tables and parasols. - pool shower - garden with small plants and trees - private parking area for 2 cars Guest access Our villa consists of two completely independent residences. The ground floor is a private home with its own separate entrance, private garden, private pool, and private BBQ area—exclusively for our Airbnb guests. The upper two floors form a separate residence with its own private entrance and outdoor spaces. While the owner occasionally stays in the upper residence, the family fully respects our guests’ privacy. When they are present, they do not use the balconies overlooking the ground floor, ensuring that guests enjoy complete seclusion and uninterrupted relaxation. Your privacy and comfort are our top priority! The entire ground floor spaces plus building amenities are included in this rental. Feel free to explore them and use their facilities as you would in your own place. Our refreshing pool and beautiful garden are there for your own private use. Please, make yourself at home.
