This pretty Noirmoutrine house will welcome you for your vacation, with family, friends, or solo! Just 100 m from La Cantine beach, and 300 m from the village of La Guerinière, you can enjoy the island of Noirmoutier in peace. The space To make the most of your stay, we offer our beautiful house completely renovated in 2022. It consists of a ground floor where there is a kitchen, a living/dining room and a large bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 and 1 bunk bed of 90 x 190. Beds will be made for your arrival and all linens are provided. You'll only have to think about your beach towels! We leave at your disposal board games for young and old, children's books, 2 adult bikes with 1 child seat, and various beach games. The flower garden, as well as its terrace is equipped with a garden table and a barbecue to enjoy meals outside, the full southern exposure of the house is a real pleasure! You will have access to the garage where there is a washing machine, a toilet with sink, as well as a shower for after the beach. A sink is also available. In addition and on request we can provide you with an additional fridge and freezer. For the end of the stay: Cleaning is not included in the base price, but a cleaning package option is possible if you wish: - either you do the cleaning before you leave - or you can book the €90 cleaning package on arrival Other things to note The house is located in a central point of the island. La Cantine beach is 100 m away, at high tide you can enjoy refreshing swimming and at low tide, enjoy shore fishing (clam, cockle, razor shells...) The village is 300 m away, you will find local shops: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco/press office, SPAR, post office. A supermarket is only 1.5 km away: Intermarché, and even a Biocoop or you will find a Super U 4 km away. There is also a local grocery store and bulk store in the center of Noirmoutier-en-île, 6 km from the house. Many bike rides are accessible from the accommodation, Noirmoutier Island is a paradise for bike lovers! You can also find very nice coastal trails from the house.
