The delightful two-bedroom holiday home sits in the peaceful hamlet of Llanrhian, near Porthgain. It sleeps 4 and is just a short walk from the Pembrokeshire coast. Once the home of the local miller, the grade II-listed cottage is perfect for a family break or romantic hideaway. Plus, you’ll find it snug all year round thanks to oil central heating and a wood-burning stove. The open-plan sitting room/dining room has a beamed ceiling, exposed stone wall, wood-burning stove, a comfy sofa and armchairs. There’s a dining table and chairs, the original range, and a Freeview HD television/DVD player. In the well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen there's an electric oven and grill, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. There’s also a radio and an iPod dock. The large utility room includes a sink and drainer, washing machine and tumble-dryer. And because it has outside access, it's handy for your muddy boots, wet coats – and dogs! The bathroom, which is also on the ground floor, has a bath, separate power shower, toilet and washbasin. The two bedrooms are both on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king-size, iron-framed bed. And the second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and antique-style furniture. On the ground floor, a stable door leads to a large, enclosed back garden, with a slate patio and garden furniture. A side gate leads to gravelled parking for two cars. The cottage does have fibre broadband internet that is provided for recreational and not for business use.
