Welcome to Prenzlauer Berg! In this stunning old Berlin apartment on Kollwitzkiez, right next to Mauerpark and a short hop from Rosenthaler Platz, on one of the most beautiful streets in Berlin. The building from the 19th century was extensively renovated in 2021. You will live behind historic facades, but in a luxurious core. The space Our apartment is an old building dream. Luxuriously renovated, furnished by MADE and equipped to a particularly high standard. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, you will find a portafilter coffee machine. Basic groceries are available to you so you can relax and take care of yourself at any time. I had the bed made in Switzerland and it is of particularly high quality. Good dreams included. The highlight is the bathroom with a freestanding French-style bathtub and a large rain shower. The apartment is beautifully flooded with light, especially for an old building. The neighborhood is very lively and you will stay in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Berlin. If you want to take it easy, you can access Netflix, Prime, and HBO series via Apple TV. Guest access You'll have the place all to yourself. Rooms not shown are locked. I have access to the apartment, but will be traveling. The apartment is rented by me privately with less than half for residential purposes. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located in a lively area.
