Our lovely 3 bedroom penthouse at PortaNova444 has eight beds! Common area pool with shallow area for toddlers. Two adjustable desks with standing option and comfortable office chairs. High speed internet. Must climb 51 stairs. Private terrace overlooks the soccer field at Casa Hogar (Movie: Blue Miracle). Pacific ocean is visible. 3 Life Jackets and a beach umbrella. Smart TV. The Marina is a 12 minute drive. Uber is 100 pesos. The city bus stop is a two minute walk away. The space Welcome to Porta Nova Residencial and our unit PortaNova444. The minimum stay length for groups of 7 or 8 is four nights. Please read the rules before booking. •The amount of people on your booking needs to match the amount of people sleeping at the condo. Let us know if there are any changes! We pay per person per night for water to the building so extra charges will apply for groups of 7 and over. • Respect the neighbors! The condo is walking distance to restaurants. Great for exercise: There are 51 stairs to ascend in order to reach the penthouse. The common area pool has a toddler section within it. The private terrace is over looking Casa Hogar and has a view of the Pacific ocean. Bring your binoculars and you may see a whale. Two adjustable height desks and high speed internet.
