Location ,location, location…Close to everything. Not often, occasionally We have a free subway to downtown from my place. A Buss line is available as well. Near by places: PNC Park, River Casino, football stadium, Allegedly General hospital. Produce store Giant Eagle, CVS pharmacy. Local dining, walking distance to Downtown, footslog by the river. We do some updates around the house. Also to keep temperature room cooler when it is over 85F, please keep window shades close. It helps to keep room not overheated from sun
