Family friendly house w patio close to sea

A new and spacious house with lots of daylight in a very calm and family friendly area. The sea is only 5 min away, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and long walks. In the small garden you can enjoy sun all day aswell relax in the lounge area. The space The house is with 2 floors where on the first floor you will find a bathroom with shower, an open dining room and kitchen and living room. Through the big windows you will get a lot of daylight. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. From the first floor you step right out to the garden. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms for disposal. In The master bedroom there is a 160 clam bed for a couple. In bedroom nr 2 there is a sofa bed 130 cm. Can fit 2 people. In bedroom nr 3 is a small bed for one smaller child. There is also a bathroom, with both shower and bathtub. In the middle there is a social area for kids to play or handout. An air mattress can also be used if needed. Guest access One room upstairs will be closed and not for use.
