Cozy cabin, private beach access, near LG village

Cozy authentic cabin, with access to a private beach and next door to Hearthstone State beach. Free pass and use of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler. Filtered lake views from enclosed porch and deck, also patio, gas grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and free firewood. Full kitchen. Convenient to everything in LG Village and in Bolton: boat/kayak rentals, hiking, biking, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. Near trolly stop. Can park a boat at my other cabin nearby. The space 2BR/1BA cabin, conveniently located between Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. Lake access to both our very quiet and private association beach and also to Hearthstone Point state beach, both are only a half mile walk or drive. All rentals include daily entry pass to Hearthstone state beach. All rentals also include sheets, pillows, blankets and towels (both bath and beach) at the beginning of your stay. Beach chairs (4), umbrella, floats and cooler are included. Full kitchen includes stove, microwave, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, toaster oven, and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). Starter coffees, creamer and sweeteners are included. Fire pit with Adirondack chairs and complimentary firewood from a local... me! Also include starter soaps, and plenty of cleaning supplies, napkins, tissue, garbage bags and paper towels. Washer and dryer on porch. Fast wifi, ROKU TV with TV channels, movie channels and DVD library. Parking for 3 cars. Boat Rentals and Marinas: Brodies Lakeside Marina & Boat, Yankee Marina Boat Rentals, Lake George Boat Rental, Norowal Marina, Million Dollar Beach Public Launch, Dunhams Bay, Castaway Marina. Free boat parking at my cabin on Flat Rock Road, just ask. Kayaking: Lake George Kayak Co., Lake George Boat Rental, Kayak Lake George. If you bring your kayaks you can launch at our beach (steep hill) or at Hearthstone State Park which is very easy and free! Hiking: Everywhere! Warren County New York Recreation Mapper has a fantastic list of trails. Biking: Many bike trails, including paved between Lake George and Glens Falls, Gurney Lane (excellent mountain biking trail system), West Mountain (downhill ski resort), search Lake George bike path for map and additional information. Guest access Entire cabin. Other things to note No parties, pets or events. Quiet times (no outside music / noise) from 9 PM to 9 AM. Cabin is accessed by a gravel road. Cabin borders Lakeshore Dr. / Rt 9N and road is busy, especially weekends and during events (Americade and Adirondack Nationals). Inside fireplace is electric heat only, no fires. AC in main room and bedrooms. Private beach is no fishing, no lifeguard, and path is steep from the parking area (see photos) so Hearthstone may be a better choice for children or if mobility is a concern. Cellular reception can be limited but WIFI calling works well. Small trailers (jet ski's, fishing boats) may be parked at the cabin. Any questions at all please just ask.
