To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines: • A $50 total pet fee per stay will apply for guests traveling with pets. - We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). • Pets must be kenneled and house trained. • All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. • Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. • Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. • Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. • Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. PEST CONTROL Your comfort is our priority, and we want to address any concerns promptly. We routinely conduct pest control due to our coastal location and high humidity. While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur.
