The Paddocks-a comfortable, private home in pretty Minster Lovell. Securely located in gardens of family home, ideal for exploring Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog pub/shop, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Stow, Burford, Slaughters, Bicester Village. Large kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet & v. spacious dining room & lounge. Outdoor patio seats. 2 double bedrooms - access to second room via the first & thru a smaller room (with the red futon), so best for families/good friends. The space A modern, very spacious, well equipped holiday home ideal for a family of four or very good friends. Bifold doors in the kitchen and lounge open the front of the house up and gives access onto the patio. A helicopter could land in the paddocks behind with the right flight approvals and prior notice with hosts, especially handy for Cheltenham races. The property has air con in the lounge and dining room only (not in the bedrooms) for summer. There are two toilets, one on each floor. Note: Please bring your own toiletries (we provide hand soap and toilet rolls), incase of allergies. Also please bring your own cot/cot bedding and high chairs as we don’t provide these - for hygiene reasons. Perfect location for visiting many local attractions including Clarkson’s Farmers Dog (2 miles), Diddlysquat Farm, Daylesford, Blenheim Palace, Bibury, Broadway, Stow on the Wold, the Slaughters, Oxford, Bicester Village, Burford and nearby Cotswold Wildlife Park, Crocodiles of the World etc. All these are within a short drive of 10-15 minutes and Oxford and Broadway are about a 30 minute drive. Guest access The whole rental property and the small lawn and patio to the front only. Parking area for up to six cars (depending on size!). You are the only guests. Access is at the front. Other things to note The access to the second bedroom is via the first one and through a small interlinking room (with red sofa), so best for family or very good friends. The bathroom/shower room is in the middle/close to both rooms and off the small interlinking room. Please bring your own toiletries. Please note you have to lift the door handle before you lock the door with the key. Please bring your own travel cots /high chairs for small children.
