Restaurants and shops within walking distance and conveniently located for driving to Downtown, UofA, Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, and any of the 186 hiking trails across the 4 mountain ranges surrounding the city. Bring your bicycles and ride on the nearby Rillito River Trail. Or just relax on the couch with our Smart TV. The space Relaxed vibes all around. Front house is 2 bed/1 bath with full kitchen and beautifully landscaped yard. Fully tiled living room with ICE COLD air conditioning provides the perfect escape from the summer heat. Guest access Lightning fast 5G Wi-Fi network is blasting throughout the property. Rear unit is only accessible through side gate, but both front and rear have access to the back patio which includes a picnic table, dartboard, and fitness equipment. Other things to note Either myself, my wife, or our groundskeeper/caretaker may be on site (in rear unit off back patio), should you have any urgent requests. We are also easily accessible via text message.
