I AM LOOKING FOR ANNUAL RENTAL IF POSSIBLE. It is a cozy and very well-lit apartment. Below the building is a supermarket (Frog). It is 5 blocks from the Tres Cruces terminal and shopping. In common areas the building has a basketball hoop, outdoor exercise equipment and small parks with benches. On the rooftop there are two grills. Other things to note Electricity costs are paid at check-out depending on what you have spent. There is no cable TV service.
