This Hermosa Cabaña has the best location in Guatape, located near the main road; - only 8 minutes to Guatape - a few meters from Peñol stone, restaurants and local shops. Our property also offers its own dock with access to the reservoir, and is located right in front of the Piedra del Peñol (Guatapé's most important tourist attraction in addition to the reservoir). We have several nautical equipment for the exclusive rental of guests. The space The house is wooden with capacity for up to 14 people, it has all the necessary modern amenities. - Jacuzzi exclusively for guests - Full Kitchen with all appliances - modern grill that can be used both gas and coal - living room with chimney - all rooms have en-suite bathrooms - Spacious green areas with fruit trees - Additional has a large terrace and dock where you can enjoy spectacular views of the landscape. Guest access We also have on the property a dock with two Jetskis and a boat available for our guests rent. Other things to note 1. It is important to mention that, because our house is made of wood and is located in a rural area, there are bats that can make noise during the night on the outside of the ceiling. However, we want to assure you that they are harmless and do not represent any threat to your stay. Additionally, we would like to point out that bats are protected by law and are therefore unable to exterminate them. 2. The property features Safety Devices in common areas. 3. We want to inform our guests that all reservoirs in Colombia, including the GUATAPÉ Reservoir, have experienced a significant water shortage, which is out of our control. Due to this situation, the landscape has undergone changes, however, you can still do some water activities and visit the charming village of Guatapé which has been recognized as one of the most beautiful in the world. We hope that the times of drought will soon pass and all reservoirs return to normal, in the meantime we want to continue to invite our guests to visit us and enjoy a unique experience on our property.
