Guatape Cabin with lake exit and stone view

This beautiful cabin has the best location in Guatape, located near the main road; - just 8 minutes from Guatape - a few meters from the Peñol stone, restaurants and local shops. Our property also offers its own dock with access to the reservoir, and is located right in front of Piedra del Peñol (Guatapé's most important tourist attraction in addition to the reservoir). We have several nautical equipment for exclusive rental of guests. The space The house is made of wood with a capacity of up to 14 people, it has all the necessary modern amenities. - Jacuzzi exclusively for guests - Full kitchen with all appliances - Modern barbecue that can be used with both gas and charcoal - Living room with fireplace - All bedrooms have a private bathroom - Spacious green areas with fruit trees - In addition, it has a large terrace and dock where you can enjoy spectacular views of the landscape. Guest access We also have a dock on the property with two jet skis and a boat available for our guests to rent. Other things to note 1. It is important to mention that because our house is made of wood and is located in a rural area, there are bats that can make noise at night outside the roof. However, we want to assure you that they are harmless and do not pose any threat to your stay. In addition, we would like to point out that bats are protected by law and therefore we cannot exterminate them. 2. The property has security devices in the common areas. 3. We want to inform our guests that all reservoirs in Colombia, including the GUATAPÉ reservoir, have experienced a significant water shortage, which is beyond our control. Due to this situation, the landscape has undergone changes, however, you can still do some water activities and visit the charming village of Guatapé that has been recognized as one of the most beautiful in the world. We hope that the drought will soon pass and all the reservoirs will return to normal.
