The space Our apartment is the lowest apartment of the 3 storey building, but since it is in a high position, it even sees the sea at a low level. It is cool and spacious,our apartment is fully furnished , you can come with your personal belongings. Our apartment has 1+1 70m2, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom , 2 toilets +bathroom and 1 balcony. There are 2 sofa bed-style armchairs in the living room, 2-3 people can sleep comfortably using them, and there is a bathroom and toilet in our salan. Our bedroom has a hot tub and toilet. Our TV is with satellite receiver and smart tv. Our balcony is spacious and has a small sea view with a covered fence. It has a dining table and chair for 6 people. The shade with the garden furniture on our spacious balcony provides you with all the necessary comfort. In the kitchen; Coffee machine, stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, tea machine, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, necessary kitchen cleaning materials, frequently used kitchen utensils, we also offer some basic ingredients for cooking to all our guests. Shower cabin, 24-hour hot water, basic cleaning materials and basic hygiene materials are offered to all our guests. Apart from all these, considering our guests, our apartment is left empty as a day of cleaning and disinfection between each stay. Guest access This house is in the middle of city and nature life. In our house, many facilities such as parking lot in front of the building, hot water, air conditioning, wifi , spare water tank are offered to you. You can use Akçabük beach, which is the closest beach under our house, for free, you can have easy access to the favorite beaches of the basement such as Karaincir beach and Fener beach, or you can spend time in other unique bays such as Meteor Beach , Bağla Beach, Akyarlar Beach , Camel Beach, etc. There are large and small grocery stores around us, if you order, delivery is made to the door. You can reach the important points on foot in a short time; 5min : To the sea , to the beaches , to the beaches , to the market , to the restaurants 15min: To the center , ATMs, Cafes , Market 8km to Turgutreis 22km to Bodrum 1 hour by airport car. Other things to note Animals are not accepted! Don't leave the lights and air conditioners on, please. If you are staying for 4 weeks or more, you have to get at least 1 cleaning during your stay!
