The space Our apartment is the lowest apartment in the 3-storey building, but since it is in a high position, it even has a sea view, albeit a little. It is cool and spacious, our apartment is fully furnished, you can come with your personal belongings. Our apartment is 1+1 70 m2, has 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 2 WCs + bathroom and 1 balcony. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room, 2-3 people can sleep comfortably using them, and there is a bathroom and toilet in the living room. There is also a master bathroom and toilet in the bedroom. Our TV is a smart TV with a satellite receiver. Our balcony is spacious and fenced, with a small sea view. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The garden furniture and canopy on our large balcony provide you with all the necessary comfort. In the kitchen, we provide a coffee machine, stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, tea maker, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, necessary kitchen cleaning supplies, frequently used kitchen utensils, and some basic ingredients for cooking to all our guests. Shower cabin in the toilet, 24-hour hot water, basic cleaning supplies, basic hygiene supplies are provided to all our guests. Apart from all these, considering our guests, our apartment is left empty for one day for cleaning and disinfection between each stay. Guest access This house is in the middle of the city and nature. Our house offers many facilities such as parking in front of the building, hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, and a spare water tank. You can use Akçabük Beach, the nearest beach, free of charge. You can easily access Bodrum's favorite beaches such as Karaincir Beach and Fener Beach, or spend time in unique bays such as Meteor Beach, Bağla Beach, Akyarlar Beach, Camel Beach, etc. There are large and small markets around us, if you order, they deliver to the door. You can reach important points in a short time on foot; 5 min: Sea, Coasts, Beaches, Markets, Restaurants 15 min: Center, ATMs, Cafes, Market 8 km to Turgutreis 22 km to Bodrum 1 hour by car to the airport. Other things to note Animals are strictly forbidden! Please do not leave the lights and air conditioners on. If you are staying for 4 weeks or more, you must have at least 1 cleaning during your stay! Please ask for the price.
