The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here. The space This house is rented on the weekends and I live in it during the weekdays. My books are in the bookshelves and pictures on the piano. The fridge is mostly empty except for coffee and condiments. The downstairs is like an apartment, with a comfortable fold out couch that stays open (no need to open and close it). Curtains close for complete privacy even though you sleep downstairs. There is a small bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs.
