There is construction next door - you may hear construction-related noise during your stay. The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of 7 nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
