Large country house, offers 230 m2 for a relaxing and friendly stay to share with family or friends In the center of France: between the Sancy massif and the Chaîne des Puys, this detached house has a large enclosed park allowing children and animals to have fun with peace of mind. Very well equipped and spacious, the barn offers you a large play area (billiards, foosball, board games) to have a good time. Located 30 minutes from the Mont-Dore ski slopes ​ The space Rated 3* furnished tourist accommodation The house is spacious: 160 m2 It has on the ground floor: - a kitchen: traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine and Senseo, toaster, kettle - a dining room - a living room with fireplace and sofa bed (usable as a bed upon prior request to the host) - freezer  - a separate toilet - one bedroom (160 bed) with its ensuite shower room. On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed and 1 90 bed.  - 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and a baby bed - 1 bedroom with a 140 bed - 1 bedroom with 6 single bunk beds - 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sinks - a separate toilet - a small living room, reading area In the barn (70 m2): you will find a large games room with pool table, foosball table, board games, bar area with beer tap for 5L keg and TV area, heated if necessary by a pellet stove. Children's equipment is available upon request: crib and umbrella bed, changing table, high chairs, chair booster, baby bathtub, toilet reducer. Pets are welcome (up to two per stay) on the ground floor of the house as long as they respect their environment, do not damage furniture and do not climb on beds and sofas! The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi. ​Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival but not towels (possible as an option). Cleaning must be done upon checkout, so as to leave the place as clean as you found it: in case of non-compliance, the cleaning fee will be applied. A cleaning fee is available, but does not exclude leaving the premises tidy, undamaged, dishes done, garbage cans emptied: house rules are available on site. Possible options to be paid on site: Housekeeping package: €200 for a week (5 nights or more) : €150 for 3 and 4 nights : €120 for weekends (2 nights) Towels per person: €6 (2 washcloths + 2 towels + 1 bath sheet 70*140) Outside: A large enclosed and wooded park awaits you with a petanque court, hammock, terrace, outdoor games and barbecue (charcoal not included). As well as a mini house: cabin reserved for children with dinette, painting... Guest access The house and the enclosed park are entirely reserved for you during your stay. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: the cottage must be returned in the clean condition in which you found it, otherwise a cleaning fee will be applied.
