Relax on Toddy Pond at this beautiful cabin large enough for your whole family to swim, fish, and have evening bonfires. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, modern, custom pine cabin is just right, sleeping up to 9 with an open floor plan and views from every room. A crescent beach provides easy access for young children to play and swim. Fish from the dock and swim out to the float. Two paddle boards and two single kayaks included. The space Just 5 miles to Blue Hill Village and grocery store and 38 miles to Acadia National Park. Climb Blue Hill Mountain, explore area hiking trails, enjoy the many restaurants, take-outs, and unique shops showcasing the area craftspeople and artists. First floor: Queen bedroom with full bathroom (shower); Half bath; Kitchen/dining/living area. Second floor: Bunk room with twin bunk, twin bed and full bed; Queen bedroom with twin bed; Full bathroom (shower). An electric stove in the main living area provides heat on chilly days. Wi-Fi is not available at this location. Lots of games available for rainy day fun. Guest access Guests have access to cabin, outside area and private waterfront beach, dock and float. Other things to note Separate signed rental agreement, boat waiver, and dog agreement (if applicable) are required after Airbnb reservation confirmation. These will be sent to the email address that you provide to Blue Hill Bay Property Rentals. Guests may provide breed, size and age for up to two dogs to be considered. Dogs must be under the owner's voice control at all times and not allowed to wander or be on furniture or beds. If your dog is not well-behaved please leave them at home so that you and the neighbors can enjoy your vacation.
