Thoughtfully designed and well-stocked, it has everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The space Our property is located in a neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is generally quiet and calm. The guesthouse and our house share a backyard. We have 2 kids who love to run around in the backyard and enjoy the fresh air! They go to bed around 7pm though so the evenings will be nice and quiet for you :) Guest access Your guest house has a living room with a couch, a kitchenette with all of the basics for cooking a simple meal, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, and a bedroom which can be closed off with a curtain. There is also a patio off to the side of the house which has a table, two chairs, and a grill. You won’t find a TV here—but you will find a great place to unplug, relax, and enjoy your time away from screens.
