Pine Mountain Lake Sweet Retreat - near Yosemite

Make memories at our unique and family-friendly chalet cabin. This beautiful cabin is in a secure gated community 25 miles from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Within our community, enjoy the private lake and beach area with a marina, boat rentals and cafe. Also, 18-hole golf course and Grill, Seasonal Pool and hiking trails. Our Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 lower, and 1 large loft bedroom. Downstairs Full Bath. Upper 1/2 bath Note - One time community fee of $50/ car upon entering. The space Pack the kids, the car, your friends and head to our A-Frame Cabin at the Lake. Updated, incredibly clean, super cute and quaint cabin located in amazing Pine Mountain Lake. Walk in and Enjoy nearly 20 ft tall knotty pine open beam ceilings with stunning picturesque windows. Sleeping: Our cabin has 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds. We think it's most comfortable for max of 6 people since there is only 1 shower. But, we can sleep up to 8, especially with families/kids. Main Level: On the main level are 2 bedrooms and fully remodeled bathroom with shower and tub, washer and dryer, open living room, kitchen and deck access. The family room has 2 couch seating, a flat panel TV with DVD player and wireless sound system. A Roku is set up for streaming your favorite channels. The Wifi can be intermittent in the mountains. Downstairs: Main Level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Master bedroom is slightly larger, and has a desk and chair space. Upstairs: The majestic open loft sleeps 2 twins and a queen bed comfortably and has a newer half bath, newer carpeting and looks down upon the great room area and gorgeous tree views Kitchen: Granite counters, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, coffee pot, toaster, rice cooker, blender, and all of the pot/pan/dishware essentials you will need. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, inside dining area for 6, or on the outdoor patio Fireplace: Easy to operate propane gas fireplace heat stove in the great room (the finishing touch for that cozy evening or winter day). Deck: Grill and seating area for entertaining. 1 table for 6 and a fire table for 4. Please note, Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $50 per car for entry into the community. It's a 1 time fee for to 7 days. Check the Yosemite National Park website. High travel days may require a permit to drive and park inside Yosemite. There is also an option to take the YARTS shuttle bus from downtown Groveland to Yosemite. Charging Stations- 3 Community Stations: Rivian, Tesla downtown General charging - Downtown park Guest access Guests will have full access to this beautiful cabin. This is a full time vacation home and not an owner occupied property. Please note there is a $50 parking fee (per car) at the welcome center when you enter Pine Mountain Lake. There is parking on site in the driveway for three cars. The $50 cost will be paid at the 24 hour security gate upon arrival. Other things to note Please respect our home as if it where your own. We do not allow parties on the premises and have a sound alarm in the walls. Non smoking property *Please remember to use water sparingly. *To keep costs down to our renters, please do not use the heater or air conditioner when you are not home. *Follow the simple check-out procedures. * Trash service is Monday mornings. You may place 3 kitchen size bags of trash in the trash can. Trash company will need access to the trash cans from the street. Please leave access.
