The villa consists of an old outbuilding divided into 3 separate apartments: - The suite (a studio) sleeps 4 - Adega (3 bedrooms) sleeps 6 - Casa (2 bedrooms) sleeps 6 These accommodations can be rented separately but in the VILLA version we group them together to privatize the whole with a capacity of 16 beds + 1 extra bed. We also have baby equipment. Great for large families and vacations with friends. The space Studio: A large studio with a large double bed 180 x 200 and a sofa bed + a bathroom Adega: 1st Bedroom on the ground floor: double bed 160 x 200 + Bathroom 2nd bedroom 1st floor: 160 x 200 3rd bedroom 1st floor: 160 x 200 Shared bathroom with a separate toilet for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom upstairs. Casa: 1st bedroom: Double bed 160 x 200 2nd bedroom: Two separate single beds 80 x 200 Shared bathroom for both bedrooms. All homes are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen Other things to note For the safety of our guests, people outside the reservation will not be able to access the property. We live there but are very discreet when we have guests, but in the common areas you will come across our dogs Pablo and Mona, they are very sociable and will probably ask you for petting. Pets are also welcome, we accept a maximum of 2. it is imperative to notify us when booking if you want to travel with your pets. We will ask you to pick up your pets' droppings, bags for this purpose are available. For hygiene measures, pets are not allowed in the pool area. Quiet must be maintained after 10 p.m. to respect the neighborhood. For the smooth running of your stay, and that of the people who will succeed you, we thank you in advance for not smoking inside the accommodation. Do not throw your butts or garbage on the ground.
