Cozy and stylish apartment overlooking the canal. We live with our two children aged 4 and 2 in this quiet neighborhood in the middle of bustling Amsterdam. As you can see, we like to collect art and design, and our house is an eclectic mix. The apartment is 90m2 and consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen and French doors to the wide sunny balcony, a bedroom with double bed and two children's rooms. The space We have lived here since last year and completely renovated the house when we bought it. The house is well insulated and has underfloor heating. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment complex with spacious stairs. After entering, you have access to all the rooms from the central hallway. The living room is very spacious and has an open kitchen with everything you could need: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, large induction stove, espresso machine with coffee bean grinder and Quooker tap. In the kitchen there is also the long dining table where you can eat with the whole family. From the kitchen, you have access through the sliding glass doors to the wide and sunny balcony at the back of the apartment overlooking the green garden. At the front of the living room is the seating area with the television and beautiful views of the canal and the Oosterkerk across the street. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed at the front of the house and two children's rooms at the back of the house. In one children's room, there is a pull-out toddler bed that can be made suitable for a child up to about 14 years old. The other children's room has a baby crib. An air bed is also available upon request. The house is equipped with every comfort, with a washing machine and dryer accessible in a closet in the central hallway. There are plenty of toys and a well-stocked bookcase with lots of English-language literature. There is a separate toilet with a sink and a bathroom with shower and sink. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. Directly in front of the door, it is not accessible to cars, but there is enough parking space in the street. Other things to note Our house is full of art and design, and some objects are valuable and fragile. We ask our guests to treat our collection with respect. We strongly prefer couples and families.
