The space is completely private, independent side entrance. It is attached to the the main house and shares the AC (Nest WiFi Thermostat). Absolutely no smoking inside. Keys will be in lock box. (Lock BoX Code will be provided to you 24 hours before check-in) Check-in is at 3:00PM (If you need an earlier check-in, please ask to see if available for that day.) CHECK-OUT: Vacate room by 11:00AM. -When leaving: 1- Secure and lock door knob. 2- Place Lock on wooden gate. 3- Place Keys in lock box. Please ensure lock box is closed & the codes are scrabbled to ensure it’s secure & closed. Please send a message that you have completed the check-out, also so we know there is no one in the studio. **Late check-out will incur a fee of $25 per every 30 minutes** Other things to note • Housekeeping: Daily cleaning service is not provided during your stay. For longer stays, an additional set of clean sheets will be provided for your convenience. • Towels & Makeup: Please avoid using towels to remove makeup — makeup removal wipes are provided. • Keys: Lost or missing keys will incur a $100 replacement fee, as both the gate and main door locks would need to be replaced. • Outdoor Areas: Public drinking in exterior/common areas (such as the driveway) is not permitted. You are welcome to relax and enjoy the backyard during your stay. Please do not use patio furniture that belongs to other guests or the main home your access is limited to the backyard furniture assigned to your unit only. • TV/Movies: On-demand or pay-per-view movie purchases are not allowed and will result in an additional charge. • Security Cameras: For safety and property protection, exterior cameras are installed around the property. There are no cameras inside the home. Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, or hookah is not permitted indoors. A $300 fee will apply for smoke odor removal if violated. Trash & Cleanliness: Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Do not leave food outside, as it can attract wildlife. Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. (Fees Apply) Parking: Please park only in your assigned parking spot(s). Do not block other vehicles or driveways. (Guest responsibility for any tow away) Damage or Missing Items: Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after checkout will result in an additional charge.
