It has 3 bedrooms including 2 enfilades, an equipped kitchen and a beautiful outdoor space facing south. Garden furniture table, barbecue, brazier, ping pong table, volleyball court, etc. The space The house has all the comforts you need for your stay: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, garden furniture, etc. On the ground floor, it has: - fully equipped kitchen - living room - dining room - sofa bed - shower room - toilet - Laundry Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms: - bedroom bed 160 x 200 with private bathroom + toilet - 2 bedrooms in a row with 2 single beds and 1 double bed 140 x 190. Other things to note In order to offer you an optimal hosting experience, we kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you in the best possible way. Please note that in case of late arrival, you will be charged a fee. From 10pm to 11pm, a supplement of 20 euros will be applied, then from 11pm to midnight, it will be 40 euros.
