Snowbowl ski resort 30 minutes, Grand Canyon 75 minutes, Sedona 40 min. from our door. Perfect base for your N. AZ. Adventure! The space Super modern space that is well equipped for the weekend or a month long stay. Spacious living room offers comfy couch, electric fireplace and a SmartTV. Kitchen has a convertible table that expands to dine or work from. Kitchen offers full sized stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Ample pots and pans for meals, coffee maker and coffee, toaster, dish soap and sponge, and enough of the essentials to get you started. Cozy bedroom, and comfy queen sized bed with soft, clean linen and a mountain view from BR! Enjoy mountain views and stargazing from the loft which offers a cozy queen sized floor mattress. The loft height is about 5' so you can't stand, but is open so you don't feel cramped. Enjoy the luxury spa like shower in the bathroom which offers cushy towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The unit comes with one parking space, and offers just about anything you need for your comfort. We live on site, so please reach out if you have questions of you are in need of something. Guest access One of the most sought after neighborhoods in Flagstaff. An easy walk downtown, to buffalo park, and to the extensive trail system and urban trail system. The ice rink and hospital are a couple blocks away. The unit offers one parking space (off street). Please park in front of the sign that says Mountain House Getaway located on the garage next to the building you are staying in. If parking is needed for a second vehicle, you can park on the street for free from April 1-November 1. In the WINTER, you will have to park a second vehicle in a parking lot such as the hospital (one block away). Flagstaff has winter street parking regulations. Other things to note This is a second floor home/townhome (there is a residence below). Please be kind to our guests below by removing your shoes. Stairs lead to the unit. The heaters have a mark on the dial that indicates the temperature at approximately 65 degrees F. They will get much warmer (please do not set them on high). We also have an electric HeatStorm heater which will make our home toasty warm!. Our fireplace will add ambiance to your space! Our home was designed to take advantage of the sun. Please make sure to open blinds during the day in WINTER, to allow the sun to come in and heat our home. In SUMMER close the blinds to block the sun when you leave our during the day.
