Quietly situated on the heights of Nîmes, enjoy a comfortable and air-conditioned accommodation. You will have shared access to the swimming pool and lounge chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the pleasant climate of the Gard region. The space The fully air-conditioned 25m2 apartment comprises a bedroom with built-in closet, a queen-size bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A refrigerator (with freezer), microwave and Senseo pod coffee machine are also available for extra accommodation. Upstairs, a mezzanine relaxation area with a reading corner (sofa & library). The property is located in the garrigues north of Nîmes. The city center is 10 minutes away by car, and 25 to 30 minutes on foot. Guest access - The accommodation is located in a separate building (with two studios) from the main house. - Free parking is available just a few steps from the property. - From June to October, from 9 am to 9 pm, you will have shared access - with the owners & any guests of the second studio - to the pool and sun loungers. This access is free but not private (NO RESERVATION OR PRIVATIZATION OF THE OUTDOOR SPACE, which remains a shared area). We are mindful that nobody monopolizes the space and that everyone can enjoy it, and, of course, we count on everyone's respect for these rules - Visitors are not allowed on the property or in the accommodation. Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with a fridge, microwave and Senseo pod coffee machine. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. On the property, you may come across Tigane, our 2 years-old Australian Shepherd dog, gentle but fearful, curious and very playful as soon as she gets to know you.
