Whether it's a weekend with friends, a family vacation or a nature stay, our house is the ideal refuge. Jacuzzi atmosphere in summer or fireplace in winter, board games or games in the 2000 m2 garden. There are 4 spacious bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. The house also has everything you need for young children (baby bed, highchair, changing table, games...). The space Welcome to our family home, a typical Picardy building that we have patiently renovated to make it a warm and lively refuge. Located in a quiet area, between plains and forests, it is the ideal place for those looking to escape from everyday life, whether for a family reunion, a weekend with friends or a nature retreat just an hour from Lille and Paris. The heart of the house beats in its large living room bathed in light, where an imposing central fireplace with an open hearth promises memorable evenings by the fire. The fully equipped kitchen and the friendly dining room offer a perfect configuration to share long meals prepared with fresh products from the neighboring markets of Roye or Noyon. The ground floor has a master suite with its private bathroom, as well as a charming children's room filled with toys for the happiness of the youngest. Upstairs, the landing serves two other bedrooms, offering ideal sleeping flexibility for groups. An extra bathroom completes this floor located under the roofs, where the atmosphere is particularly cozy. Outside, the garden surrounding the house offers a real space of freedom with an unobstructed view of the countryside. During the sunny days, you can enjoy the Jacuzzi for a moment of absolute relaxation. For explorers, the fun begins at the doorstep: a short walk will take you to meet Indien, the neighbor's pony, or will take you into the nearby forest in search of the nail tree, a historical vestige of the Great War. We manage this house in a spirit of sharing and trust. Here, you are not at the hotel but at home: you will find at your disposal a basic grocery store and everything you need for a carefree stay, with the only rule being to replace what you finish. In order to guarantee affordable rates, we offer a responsible management mode where the cleaning is taken care of by you, or entrusted to expert hands via an optional package. Guest access The whole house and garden are exclusively for you, it's a weekend house that is only rented when we are not there. No stress for your arrival time, we have installed a key box. Other things to note Spirit of the house: We share our basic products (spices, coffee, cleaning products) with you. Please replace what you finish for the next guests! Housekeeping: No cleaning fee is included in the price. We're counting on you to make the house spotless. A cleaning option at €90 is available upon request 24 hours before departure. Safety: The presence of a pond in the garden and a jacuzzi requires constant vigilance for families with children. The chimney guard must remain in place at all times and the fire must not remain lit unattended. Technical: Please do not throw anything into the toilet and the macerator except toilet paper, the system being connected to a septic tank. Local life: To respect our neighbors and the tranquility of the place, we ask for quiet between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Pets are welcome but are not allowed on beds and sofas.
