Large Vegas Vacation Home, Centrally Located
This is your private vacation home. Retreat back to this spacious house after a day of adventures or partying on the Strip. There is a sense of peace and quiet here to replenish your energy. House has all the amenities you need. The furnishings are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. Backyard is wonderful to enjoy. Vegas weather keeps the water in the pool warm throughout the days and nights. Enjoy the backyard, grill some delicious food and relax. This is a spacious 2,300 sq ft (210 sq m), 2 story home. The four bedrooms upstairs are comfortable and quiet. Downstairs, the living room has plenty of space and seating for everyone gather. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough quality pots, pans, utensils, etc. to create a delicious meal for ten guests. However, most prefer to cook outside with the Weber bbq grill. If you are ready for the Vegas heat, then cook, dine, hang out in the yard and enjoy the pool. The covered patio has a huge ceiling fan to lower the temperature. There are pool toys in the deck box. Back inside the house, the smart tv's have Roku Guest Mode and local tv stations. Internet speed is fast. The ceiling fans and air conditioner works well to keep you cool. Some rooms have black-out curtains for you to sleep in. Efforts are made to stock the house with quality furniture, supplies and materials. Please note that Las Vegas strictly enforces the party ban, and Airbnb has a quality assurance team which reviews all bookings and cancels suspected party house reservations. This is not a party house. House is traditional Clark County community, and the neighbors all respect and request privacy. It is centrally located: the Las Vegas Strip, Convention Center, Arenas, Downtown & Fremont St, Chinatown and airport are all 10-15 minutes away. Restaurants, supermarket, Sam's Club and Costo, are all nearby for those family meals, supplies and cheap gas. With Las Vegas weather, it's best you have your own car, and park it in the garage. If you're attending a concert or pro sporting event, you may choose to use Uber or Lyft, because event parking would be costly. This is a private pool, just for your group. No fighting with unwanted guests, no paying to rent pool chair, no uncontrolled kids, and no strange liquids. What you may have to do though, is maintenance of your pool before use. When you check-in, you want to check on the pool. Las Vegas weather gets windy, and you may need to skim the leaves floating on top, sweep the dirt at the bottom, or clear debris stuck inside the automatic vacuum. After a bad windstorm, it may take 1-2 hours for the pool to be ready for your use. I have pool maintenance service every week to monitor the water quality.
