The in-law apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and another room with 2 twin beds. You have a full kitchen. Common area with satellite tv. No children under 12 years Only booked guests allowed on the property. No pets. No smoking indoors Quiet time after 10pm No drugs No parties Please note we have a small cottage on the property. No full kitchen. but it has small refrigerator ...microwave..coffee maker..and toaster. A king size bed. It is listed in the Airbnb app under Charming and Cozy Cottage in Placerville. Guest access You have access to the pool, BBQ, and patio areas on the property. Other things to note We provide breakfast goodies. Bread, Orange juice, milk, cereal, coffee, tea and water. The kitchen is for your complete use.
