Enjoy 2 private quiet rooms within our home. King bedroom with your own Private Jack-n-Jill bath between both the King and Twin room. (sleeps 3) Coffee maker and mini fridge provided. We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood with expansive views of Heber Valley. Private parking by the front door. We are 2 mins to Hwy 40 to SLC in 45 and Park City in 20. We are minutes away from two lakes, trails, rivers, parks, skiing. Our rooms are very clean. Drop me a message and see how we can help! Alerts The space Our home was loving built by ourselves. You will love the breathtaking views of the valley. King Bedroom - colorful bright bedroom with en-suite private bathroom, full closet, SmartTV The bathroom is a spacious "Jack-n-Jill" bathroom shared with the adjoining room with a twin bed. You will have use of a small mini-fridge and a coffee maker. We have some garage space to store skis or bikes. The 2nd room is suitable for well-behaved children. We can make special arrangements please inquire. * We are not set up for long term rentals. Guest access I personally greet all guests in person. I will give you a door code and show how to use it. I will give short 5 minute introduction to rooms .We live in the home and our living area is open to guests if desired. Kitchen is private but can be used with prior notice before arrival. You do have a small fridge and coffee maker in the suite. We offer additional space in a refrigerator/freezer for leftovers and grocery items. Guest are free to enjoy our front porch rocking bench, backyard, patio lounge area. During your stay We love to meet and visit with new people. We also respect you may want a nice quiet getaway. We can accommodate both. Please reach out via the app or through my cell phone directly. Text messages are appreciated. Other things to note We have a very friendly, well-behaved dog. He spends most of his time downstairs sleeping. We do not allow our dog to be in the guests room at all. Guest rooms are upstairs. Guests park on our circular driveway with access via front door with electronic code. Please let me know your ETA at least 24 hours before arrival. Guests are checked in. I am very flexible. I just need to know when you want to arrive.
