It has air conditioning and radiators in the bedrooms and in the two bathrooms. A solarium in the central part with magnificent views of the valley and villages of La Vera. The space This apartment is located on the ground floor to the right of the house, with an area of 42 m2, and a maximum capacity for 4 people with the following layout: a bedroom with a double bed of 135 cm, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, living room and terrace. In one area of the living room there are 2 more beds of 80 cms that can be separated from the rest of the space by curtains. In the living room there are also 2 armchairs with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and a dining table. All facilities are exterior with good views and very sunny, especially the terrace with a panoramic view of the village and other areas of La Vera. It is fully equipped with both kitchen utensils and appliances (washing machine, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, juicer, blender, coffee maker...), as well as bed linen and towels, bathroom accessories (dryer, gel-shampoo sachets, soap dispenser, magnifying mirror...) and general cleaning supplies.
