The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house. Enjoy the beautiful, peaceful setting as you sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds chirping outside, surrounded by trees and mountain and pool views. You'll be sleeping in comfort in 680 thread-count sheets and a lightweight down comforter. Two single bed rollaways are also available for extra guests. Please let us know in advance if you will need them. The living room has plenty of seating to read or watch a show on your 50" UHD smart tv. After a day of hiking, kayaking, horse competitions at Tryon International Equestrian Center, or shopping, unwind in the beautiful backyard which boasts a lovely in-ground pool and surrounding lounge chairs. The pool is open from Memorial Day into the Fall, as weather permits, 10am-10pm. Additionally, you can enjoy your evening with s'mores at the fire pit. Your studio is completely private and has a sound-proofed ceiling. The driveway down to the studio is short but moderately steep, and though you can drive down it to drop-off luggage or passengers, there is no parking at the bottom of the driveway.
