Comfortable 3 bedroom cabin with lake access!

Our three-bedroom cabin is nestled in the woods, across the street from Oxbow Lake. Our lake access is up the driveway and across the street from our house (down a short trail to a shared beach). Our guests have described our cabin as peaceful, comfortable and clean! Linens (towels & bedding) are not provided. The space When you enter the cabin through the front door, the bunk room is to the right and there is another entry door to the left leading to the main cabin. The bunk room has twin bunks with a trundle (sleeps 3). The bunk room was once detached from the main cabin and is now connected by a hallway/entryway which is important to note if you plan on having young children sleeping there. You enter the cabin into a dining area and open kitchen. To the left are the 2 identical Queen bedrooms. Please note, there are no closets in the cabin at this time. The bathroom is between the 2 main bedrooms; there is small stand-up shower, and single sink. **We do ask that our guests provide their own towels and bedding.** Off the kitchen is our living area, with leather furniture and a smart TV. There is a Peloton in the corner that you are welcome to use with your own credentials. In the back of the cabin is a small deck that sits in the tall Adirondack pines (the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail!). We also have a gas grill off the deck for our guests use. Don't forget your bug spray! There is a sunroom off the back of the kitchen with 2 chairs and a small picnic table. Its a great space for an air mattress if you need more sleeping space. There is a queen sized air mattress in the "closet" in the bunk room that our guests are welcome to use. There is also a small firepit for your use, please provide your own wood. **We do NOT have air conditioning in our home. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. **the cabin is older and made of wood so when it’s damp outside the doors swell. They will function properly, but sometimes it’s a struggle. **The home is in the woods. Our home is serviced monthly by pest control, but spiders, mosquitos, ants, etc, do occasionally make it in. Please keep screen doors closed and window screens on. ***It is not unusual for power to go out occasionally. ***No refunds for electricity power outage beyond our control (weather, etc). ***please note, no power = no water, no internet. There are flashlights and extra batteries in the kitchen. Guest access Our guests have full access to the cabin during their stay. There are 2 sheds on the property; one is for garbage/recycling, extra chairs etc., the other is the locked owners shed. Other things to note Our family owns the motel up the street, also on Lake Oxbow. You have access to their boat ramp and can rent kayaks, boats, paddle boards, etc. through them. Our guests are also able to use the laundry room at the motel should you need to do laundry (quarter operated). Details and contact info provided upon request. Chris is also our house manager.
