This level has a full bathroom and family room with queen sofa bed, smart TV with full cable, arcade game and foosball table. The open concept main level on the second floor is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped - a gas stove with two ovens and an additional electric oven. This level has a 400+ sq foot covered patio with BBQ, outdoor dining and siting area in front of the two-sided gas fireplace. There a powder room and another family room on this level with TV, games table and desk. The third level is a spacious 900+ sq foot primary suite with its own covered deck, his & hers closets, soaker tub and bathroom with a large walk-in river rock shower. Attached double car garage for all your gear and laundry room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, yard and attached double car garage.
