Very clean and private studio (bedroom + bathroom and kitchenette) in beautiful Tahoe City Cabin: best location! We are perfectly located in Tahoe City: just steps away from unique Skylandia and Bristlecone parks and beaches. We are 5 mn drive from excellent restaurants, unique boutiques, best coffee shops and beautiful landmarks; but no need to drive to access amazing beaches and incredible views. Private parking area shared with owner of the property, children welcome! note: deck not incl. The space Bedroom / Bathroom with little kitchenette, completely remodeled and very clean. Guest access Private space: no areas will be shared with other guests. This is completely private. Other things to note IMPORTANT - The transient occupancy tax will be included in your total, you do not have to worry about paying this fee upon arrival or check out. HOLIDAYS: Holidays such as Christmas and NY are a min of 7 nights stay. Please write us prior to booking for any shorter stay. CANCELATION POLICY: if you are concerned about our strict cancellation policy, please be sure to purchase travel insurance as we will not be offering additional refunds. Airbnb suggests InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth. This insurance will be helpful in case of weather, fire, pandemics or other circumstances which would cause you to cancel your trip. We only refund if it is necessary for us to close our Airbnb due to unexpected circumstances. When you sign our Airbnb contract, you acknowledge you have a strict cancellation policy. COVID: If we are forced to shut our rental due to the COVID outbreak, we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate, no refunds will be given to guests who book after 3/15/2020, this is again, why we suggest purchasing travel insurance. (affordable and piece of mind) InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth and recommended by airbnb. FIRES/SMOKE/AQI: If we are forced to shut our rental/evacuate due to a fire we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate despite fires that are not a danger to our area, poor air quality and smoke, no refunds will be given. We suggests you pay for travel insurance: InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth and recommended by airbnb. DATE CHANGES: All changes made between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% fee. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of arrival. No exceptions, thank you for your understanding. Please contact us if you would like to make changes to your booking.
