There's a really friendly outdoor cat, Felita 🤗 The space This modern- retro place is a gem; it’s comfortable, peaceful, fully stocked with a few snacks and cooking essentials if you don’t want to leave, and ready for relaxation. In addition to the BEST bed and the sauna , there is a grill outside on the porch that you can use as well as some grilling tools and essential spices. There is a sand pit and a little play house as well that your littles can use. There's a King bed in the bedroom, 2 giant square chaise lounge style couches that are about twin size beds, and a couch someone can sleep on. And there's also an optional queen size air mattress if necessary please just request. 6 adults could sleep easily. Long term guests (over 30 days) get a complementary cleaning every 2 to three weeks, which also helps us maintain general cleanliness of the space! Guest access The entire Casita is private for you, and the back patio area and back yard is shared. We have a playhouse and sand pit if kids want to play outside. Guest access The free driveway parking can fit up to 3 cars in the driveway and more parking across the street at the park. There is parking on the LEFT SIDE of the driveway so that the sprinklers don’t get your car with hard water.) and at the park across the street. BACKYARD/PATIO AREA: Feel free to use The space to barbecue on a gas grill, Hang out, or have a quiet moment. There is a sand pit with toys, some fun kids chairs and tables, and a play house your kids can use! There is a light switch on the patio for the fan if you need a breeze, and there is a button on a light plug to turn on the lights around patio near the Wind chime! LONGER STAYS: There is a laundromat down the street called WISHEY WASHY down the street. And if you put all of your dirty towels in the laundry bag, we will bring you a new laundry bag and clean ones, just let us know. All extra linens are in the brown armoire or yellow dresser cabinet.
