It includes a pleasant living room with fully equipped kitchenette, retractable table and stools. For a relaxed arrival, we provide coffee, teas, chocolate, basic products... and a small welcome surprise. The shower room, compact and well thought out, has storage, hygiene products, a hairdryer and towels provided. At the back of the studio, a comfortable 12 m² room with storage, workspace and large smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, Prime via your account). A travel crib can be installed free of charge for a baby. Outside, you can enjoy a private south-facing terrace, with table and chairs. The decoration has been designed in an eco-responsible approach: about 90% of the furniture and objects come from the circular economy. Sorting and composting are carried out on site. Guest access The accommodation is independent on the ground floor of our family home. Other things to note The ceiling height of the studio is 2.10 m (lower than average ceilings). The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, both inside and outside (terrace and garden). For safety reasons, candles, incense and any flame are prohibited. Any non-compliance with these rules may be reported to Airbnb and result in the interruption of the stay.
