No smoking allowed anywhere (including garden & terrace). The space ⚜ The Frémille apartment is 25 m2 in size. ⚜ It is composed of a bright living room facing south and open to the garden (not overlooked), a small retractable table, stools and a fully equipped kitchenette. We leave at your disposal the essentials for a relaxed arrival: dishwashing liquid, a few tablets, household products, coffee, teas, chocolate and we like to give you a little welcome surprise! ⚜ You will then find a small shower room (3 m2) well optimized with storage, some hygiene products and a hair dryer. We provide you with towels. ⚜ At the back of the studio is a large 12 m2 bedroom with storage (wardrobe and dresser) and a comfortable workspace. A large TV is installed in front of the bed. (log in to your Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime account, listen to the wifi TV) If necessary, we can install a free baby cot for you. ⚜ A private terrace is located on the south side. There is a table and chairs. ♺ Our decor has been designed to be as eco-friendly as possible. Here, 90% of the furniture, appliances and decorative objects come from the circular economy! ♺ We are also proud to practice sorting, composting! Guest access The accommodation is independent on the ground floor of our family home. Other things to note ⚜ We inform you that the ceilings of the studio are lower than average. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. ⚜ Please note, the property is entirely non-smoking (indoor & outdoor – garden, terrace, etc.). ⚜ Candles, fire, etc. are also strictly prohibited. ⚜ Any non-compliance will be communicated to the Airbnb platform & your stay may end prematurely.
