Normandy Cottages (two houses)

In a 5,000 m2 wooded garden, there are three typical Normandy cottages. Two of the houses are available as an entire home (the other is not inhabited or rented). This place is great for families who need quiet rest but also to be close to shops, pharmacies, doctors and the beach. Located a 5-minute drive from the city centers of Houlgate and Dives-Sur-Mer, this house is ideally located in the heights of Houlgate. The space The house is surrounded by 12 hectares of agricultural land, which will allow you to fully enjoy a quiet and peaceful garden. In the garden there is a swing and a ping pong table. House 1: The first house is composed, on the ground floor, of a warm living room, a new kitchen (the hobs and the oven are gas-powered), you will also find a large veranda that gives a 180° view of the bucolic garden with access to the outside overlooking a pergola and a small terrace: it is the ideal place to have breakfast or dinner. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed that includes a space for a baby equipped with an umbrella bed. Opposite is a second bedroom composed of three single beds (with a driver for a possible extra bed). Between the two bedrooms is a double sofa bed. Finally, you will discover a bathroom consisting of a bathtub and a toilet. The stairs are secured by barriers with locks. House 2: The second house, renovated in an old barn, has a very large living room accompanied by a French billiard table, on the half floor there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, then a kitchenette in which you will find a fridge, hot plates, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is a large master bedroom with a desk, and finally an adjoining bedroom with three beds. Parking is available next to the large oak tree in front of the house. This house does not have WIFI and does not have a TV. ​​We recommend that you go there by car. We would like to warn you that the third house on the property is inhabited year-round. Please respect a fictitious distance around the house for privacy. Tenants will do the same. Guest access Guests only have access to the two upper houses (the ones closest to the gate). Other things to note This property is also available as a single house that can accommodate 7 people.
