Small guest room downtown

Small bedroom in clean, quiet historic downtown house with double (full) bed for 1-2 people. Kitchenette has full sink, 3/4-size fridge, induction hotplate, microwave/air fryer/convection oven and other small appliances. Shared bathroom w/ tub/shower kept clean by host & courteous guests. Usually shared with 1-2 other guest rooms. Host lives downstairs in the home. Please no colognes, no shoes upstairs, note the bathroom and kitchen are shared. If that all feels ok, would love to welcome you! The space This is a small upstairs bedroom with beautiful wood floors in a restored 1840 Greek Revival. It shares a kitchenette and bathroom with up to 2 other guest rooms. It does not have a closet. It has a nice desk with a chair and another chair for sitting and reading a book or looking out at my neighbor's wonderful garden and one of the nicest Victorian houses in town. AC window unit is provided in the summertime, quiet hot water radiators in when colder (no forced air, yay, and you can turn the radiator dial left to open it up for more heat, or ask for a space heater, probably never needed; it's quite a warm room). White noise machines provided. You can use the hallway kitchenette with free tea, coffee and snacks like cereal bars and oatmeal. Guest access Shared bathroom. Leave bathroom door open if you're not in it so others know it's available. Sunny front porch, shared kitchenette. Other guests might be in 2 adjacent guest rooms. There is thick plaster between the walls, so noise is not likely to be an issue, but I hope that guests will remember to be quiet with the devices, voices and feet. I provide white noise machines, which most guests do not use, but some have appreciated. During your stay Host will give you door code, but it's helpful to know your preferred and expected arrival time so that room can be ready. Host can get that information close to your arrival date.
