The space On the ground floor, you enter a charming open area where the living room, fireplace, dining room and practical kitchen blend naturally. The space is designed to be friendly and functional, ideal for meals, discussions or a relaxing moment by the fire. A full bathroom with shower is accessible on this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom seduces you with its antique bathtub, adjoining bathroom and small private balcony, perfect for enjoying a coffee at sunrise or enjoying the calm. A second bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for accommodating children or guests. They will also find some games to have fun on quieter or rainy days. Outside, you have two balconies with spectacular lake and mountain views, a terrace equipped with a picnic table and BBQ for outdoor dining, a fireplace for memorable evenings, and a private spa for relaxation. The sloping terrain descends gently to a private dock where you can swim or explore the lake by kayak. Kayaks are offered free of charge. Motor boats are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful environment.
