The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. The space The four bright rooms on the first floor of the garden house of the monument ensemble impress with a high-quality and individual renovation. The building ensemble is a testimony to the industrial history of the Nordstadt. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an elegant kitchen and a dining table. The spacious bathroom has two sinks, a shower, a toilet, a large bathtub and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). There is also a guest toilet. TV (eat-in kitchen) and internet are available. The apartment can be occupied alone and comfortably with up to five people. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there is another living/working room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2 m), which can be converted into a bed. The idyllic garden can be shared, in the evenings and on weekends it is usually available alone. Note: The apartment is newly renovated.
